Anyone know how to make a mission map?????????????

yes, to add to add to de fed campaing. I want to make some map whit missions, like the single player game. and maybe adding some races to the game whit this.
Please, if anyone knows, please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:confused:
