icon_question Disabling shields

I was wondering if there was an ODF command to make a weapon dissable shields, I've read through the BBOM but cant find anything except classlables and i dont want that, does any one know if there is one.

Huh, I was going to see if there was anything that could be of use within the Poleron torpedo files. I can't see anything specific on first glance, though. There has to be something... I'll look into it, anyway.

mabye you could some how use what the nebulas do it might work but probably not.

Try looking at the breen dampening weapon it disables shields

Probably useless but maybe interesting sidenote: There is a classlabel that allows Photon Torpedoes to attack shields only. It is found in the Photons folder as a borg weapon but not used in the game. the tag is

classlabel = "shieldremovingtorpedo"

and it damages shields just like any other weapon, but does not affect hull, crew or systems. Also, it doesn't disable the shield generator, so it's not what you were looking for. Just wanted to let you know.
