This is the thread for all you who support your local football teams. The Twinsburg High School Tigers are so far 4-0 this season, 1st in the division. We're probably moving on to state, considering the lineup of teams we're scheduled to face.

Heh. My HS football team sucked donkey balls and they got bigger crowds than my wrestling team which was a perrenial power-house of sexiliciousness.

Anyway, HS football is really cool. I wish I played it, but I was always so busy training for wrestling. Any of you guys play and if so what position? Actually any of you guys play HS sports period? Like I said, I wrestled varsity 103, 112, 119 dropped down back to 112, 125 pound weight classes (starting frosh to senior years). Played freshman soccer and varsity track one mile, two mile, rare 800 when I was a sophomore (fastest mile time was 4:54 - my last race).

Yeah, we just our asses handed to us last night. We lost 35-12, our first loss of the season. Still, 4-1 isn't bad. But the refs were so unfair, they called flags on 3 out of our 5 touchdowns! We would have had at least 30, plus extra points. And we had 2 injuries...oh well.

I don't play in any sports really, but I'm in the marching band...

Irondale was horrible last night, we played Spring Lake park and when i left it was 56-7 on our homecoming game. ALthought I;m told we have a good marching band and dance line

Yeah, our team's still doing better that they've done in years...I remember just last year we got crushed by one of our biggest rival teams 42-0. And it was a cold, rainy night, too. One of the worst games I've ever had to be at.

Ah. football is cool. I played baseball, CF and relief pitcher sometimes (I could throw really hard, but I was really wild, hit a lot of batsmen haha). We were pretty good for the inner city.

Our foot ball team in Ambridge is meh. Our Qb is in 10th grade and I think we won 1 game this season on friday against moon township 14-13. Last year we made it to the 2nd game of the play offs and got crushed.

That last time we were state champions was in 1930:lol:

I play Defensive End for my football team (Upper Dublin Cardinals). We just broke a 14 game losing streak on Friday (now we're 1-3). So we're happy about that. Maybe all the other kids, teachers, janitors, and lunch ladies will stop telling us that we suck now.

Oh we have alot of fun out there. It just gets a little annoying being hounded about our record every day :P

My school's coach is renowed- and old. Coach McKissick of my high school, Summerville High in South Carolina, holds the national record for most victories by any football coach, as well as the most wins at any school.
Having said that, I think we've lost one game this season so far. Our football team isn't always the greatest but the field is always packed.

our high school football team really really sucks, we only one 2 games last year, and thats how its been since 1976, when Coach Loyd, who somehow managed to get it to work left

IM going to be on the starting roster of my college team, the Champlain Cavaliers. Its going to be our first year so I dont know how its going to go. Im receive by the way.

my high school team isnt that bad. they were 5-4, and i was injured the whole year. so it looks like they needed me :)

Our team just finished the season 7-3, so we werent to bad. Years ago our football team was amazing... but all the seniors graduated.

how dare those seniors graduate and go on to beter things? Don't they know that they're betraying everyone by not staying behind?:D
Yea, our freshman team was undefeated last year. This year...not so much...
