Who said American football is rugby? Wow, that guy must have never seen either an American football game or a rugby match.
I really dont get why American football is even called football. You only kick or punt at the beginning of each half, after a goal is scored, after you screw up and give the other team a safety, or puss out on the fourth down...
Manchester United is just about the only European team I know of. Even then, it was because of a great few scenes in the movie Eurotrip. My question to MCU fans is this... Was there ever a Manchester Divided team? Or a number of teams, all hailing from Manchester? I'm confused now...
E I E I E I O! UP THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE WE GO! NOW WEVE WON PROMOTION THIS IS WHAT WE SING! WE ARE WEDNESDAY! WE ARE WEDNESDAY! AND STURROCK IS OUR KING!
I'm not going to even mention an MLS team...so I'll have to say Chelsea...just because I don't watch that much soccer, and anyways, they won something so....I'll just go with a winner.
im not from manchester, about 35 miles away, but there are two teams in manchester, theres Manchester United and Manchester City
So then how does Manchester United call themselves that? Clearly, Manchester is not united!
I can imagine the rivarly. Chicago has two baseball teams as well, the Cubs and the White Sox (gay name eh?). When they play, it always draws a huge crowd. Hell, New York used to have three baseball teams!
Manchester is united, they all support Manchester City, its only people from outside manchester who support united, the glory supporters, everybody knows that :P.
