Question Martial arts?

Anyone here intersted in that? I'm learning Kung Fu right now, some years ago I learned a bit Jiu Jitsu.

By the way, I'm trying to find some kind of (e-) book about Vietnamese Kung Fu, do you know where I can find one (tried Direct Connect and ***** so far)?

I like it. I think It's a good way to do sport if you are the type that is too lazy to force himself to go jogging every day

I used to do Judo for a while when I was younger for about 4 or 5 years. I've since quit, but now do weight lifting and such to keep in shape.
