I have a tm ak-47 aeg with a 70 round clip and two batteries. I bought it off ebay and im not sure how much fps it gets but it's pretty strong and accurate.
paintball dont hurt that much, you learn to live with it. how ever if you get form 3 feet away then you will have marks for about a month and a bit.
marker setup: WGP pro stock 04 autococker with e-blade and DYE ultralight barrel and a whole bunch of after market parts, i have 68 3000 air tank whith an angle air reg and a EGG hopper.
Tips for paintball...keep moving, don't sit there huddled like a gimp at the back.
Learn to appreiciate what is good cover. Go to one piece shoot, if nothing presents itself, look for another piece, and keep moving, get your friends to give you supressing fire.
On supressing fire, dont rip half a hopper off, 2-3 paintballs is quite sufficient.
