| Police actions don't count. I mean sure, take any one of those 8 instances, Vietnam, for example. Guns were fired, bombs exploded, people died on both sides, the whole thing looked like this great big, ugly war, and no real law enforcement activity really took place, but it was a police action. It's not unlike those riots that start at the end of an athletic event and people throw rocks and bottles at each other, pick fights with the cops, and firebomb cars and shops, but on a much larger scale. That's all those were.
