Probably the cone is loose somewhere... Either open it up, and check it's all sealed all around the cone thingy or take it to an expert.

I Accept Your Feedback.BUT,It's Hard To Make Something Special/Epic In GTA IV + Shooting Isn't Bullshit.

EDIT:Because GTA IV is kinda old ed,or you can say that i am suck at gaming
