So this was during conducting a CAMP test on a blood agar plate. The red is obviously the blood agar, and the clear, dick-shaped part is the area where the bacteria has consumed the red blood cells. Due to the bacteria having a certain toxin, they form a kind of arrow head (only this time, it was a perfectly shaped dickhead)
