Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Chris Hansen, Dateline NBC, who has reason to believe that on the property or premises known as
pen0r, snatcher RD., Spam Forum, General Yib-Yab (Off Topic), 00000
in the Filefront District of Gaming Forums there is now concealed a certain person or property, namely Dragonelf68 AKA "The Pen0r Snatcher"
Offenses
See Attachment A, and any other property that constitutes evidence of the commission of a criminal offense,
contraband, the fruits of crime or things otherwise criminally possessed or property designed or intended for
use or which is or has been used as the means of committing a criminal offense, specifically, the conspiracy to
commit, or the comission of knowlingly presenting a false and fictitious claim upon or against the United
States, or any department or agency thereof in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2, 371, 1036,
1343, 2318, and Title 49, United States Code, Sections 46314 and 46316 (incorporating 49 CFR 1540.103 &
105).
I am satisfied that the affidavit(s) and any recorded testimony establish probable cause to believe that the person or property
so described is now concealed on the person or premises above-described and establish grounds for the issuance of this
warrant.
