| I live in the same area you do and I don't have a $100 dollar phone. I don't know what bullshit story the salesmen at the phone store is giving you but they have cheaper phones. When I went to get a new phone the guy showed me the most expensive ones in the store first and acted like he was getting me a deal. I told him I wasn't paying more than $50 bucks for a damn phone and he finally got me a damn phone for less than $50 bucks.
