I thought letters were easy representations of percentages...? (A+ is high 90, a is medium 90, A- is low 90, etc).

Lucky for you, there is no letter for a negative percent.

I'll make one. And then we sha'll incorporate it into the English alphabet. It will be a letter than cannot fit into any other language because you won't be able to say it.
