There's a line from Halo 3 (in the second level I think; you ride choppers and fight a bunch of Wraith tanks on a raised roadway, as well as a bunch of brutes in these little metal hut things) where a guy calls in from the radio:
" We're on the Tsavo Highway about...(static)... east of Voi. Someone, anyone, please, respond!"

I always though his inflection on the last line was kind of funny.
