Plain Flour Salad
Serves 5
You will need:

• 30g mushrooms
• 70g plain flour
• 30ml lemonade

Instructions:

1. pre-heat the oven to 230 C
2. defrost the lemonade
3. throw the lemonade away
4. throw the mushrooms away
5. microwave the plain flour
6. bake for 30 minutes and serve hot

Vinegar With Mushrooms Crust
Serves 1
You will need:

• 2 leeks
• 5 potatoes
• 30ml vinegar
• 100g mushrooms

Instructions:

1. defrost the mushrooms
2. saut� the mushrooms
3. whisk the vinegar
4. rinse the leeks
5. saute the vinegar
6. toast the potatoes
7. go down the pub

You will need:

• 110g iceberg lettuce
• 100g beef
• 60ml water
• 5 oysters

Instructions:

1. pre-heat the oven to 200 C
2. slice the beef
3. toast the oysters
4. add the oysters
5. add the beef
6. whisk the iceberg lettuce
7. rinse the water
8. bake for 70 minutes and serve hot

Yum.

Serves 3
You will need:

• 150ml coffee
• 3 pork chops
• 40g beef
• 60g chocolate

Instructions:

1. pre-heat the oven to 230 C
2. throw the beef away
3. whisk the chocolate
4. fry the chocolate
5. sauté the pork chops
6. spoon the pork chops onto a warmed plate
7. heat the chocolate
8. toast the coffee
9. bake for 60 minutes and serve hot

Yum.

I wouldn't call that "Yum." But this...

Cabbages Salad
Serves 3
You will need:

• 3 cabbages
• 5 sheets of ricepaper

Instructions:

1. fry the cabbages
2. grind the cabbages
3. barbeque the sheets of ricepaper
4. throw it all away

Cabbages A La Cabbages
Serves 1
You will need:

• 3 cabbages
• 90ml cod liver oil
• 30g mince

Instructions:

2. stir-fry the mince
3. discard the cabbages
4. flambe the mince
5. add the mince to the saucepan
6. flambe the mince
7. microwave the mince
8. whisk the cod liver oil
9. bake for 90 minutes and serve hot

150ml lemon juice
20ml red wine
90ml lemonade
3 bananas

Instructions:

barbeque the lemon juice
lightly fry the lemon juice
rinse the bananas
put the bananas in the fridge for 2 minutes
barbeque the lemonade
barbeque the red wine
throw it all away

Serves 5
You will need:

• 3 spring onions
• 3 lime
• 4 cabbages
• 140ml tabasco sauce

Instructions:

1. pre-heat the oven to 230 C
2. whisk the cabbages
3. fry the tabasco sauce until browned
4. add one tablespoon of the cabbages
5. stir-fry the lime
6. whisk the spring onions
7. bake for 90 minutes and serve hot
