I only eat half-developed ducklings. I like to make omelet of them until they're ripe, which is about a week before hatching. That way a mutated duckling-spawn is fried alive while making cool noises, and eventually it ends up as a fried semi-duckling snack.

It tastes like duck, only the duck is made of apples.
