Who know about webmailer
 

I need anyone to explain to me what Webmailer means and i dont mind if anyone could let me know about it.I am new on this site and would very grateful if anyone could help.

Webmailer I don't know, but webmail it's just a mail client you don't have to install on your machine or configure, as it's a web interface.
You just use your browser to access it, enter your login and password on a page, then you get access to your e-mails (and send some).
Hotmail has such service for example...
