You don't need cats to hunt pigeon, just observe them for a week, and then strap dynamite to their favorite spots...

Cats catch all they can here, i've seen them come back with moles, rats, mice, pigeons, rabbits, and even falcons.
They always eat everything to the last tiny piece, but never moles.
They kill them and leave them, i suppose they don't taste very nice...
It's alright though, no moles in the garden...
