Double-jointedness is the only requirement for such a feat. You can either do it or you can't.

Unsurprisingly I didn't expect her to actually be able to do it, so I didn't have a camera at the ready and wasn't able to take a photo. I'll try and get her drunk so she'll do it again, though.

As for how she did it, she somehow managed to twist her arm right around so that her elbow was on the top, and then licked it. It made me cringe but it happened.

As for how I managed to get her to do it, well, she's blonde. It's not exactly a challenge.

It also makes me want to see if I can do it.

I am double-jointed by the way.

I can lick my elbow too...
