4. A member who has been labeled as a "n00b", "n00by", "n00bie" by a member of staff (Admins, Super Mods, Regular Mods) or has been labeled as such by a vote of at least 25 other members shall not proceed to call another member a "n00b" (or any variant of) in accordance to the forum Rules unless that member is of "Super n00b" status as per the guidelines laid out in line 5.

5. If a member, having been labeled as n00b via the provisions in line 4, calls another member a n00b without the permission of a Senior Staff member (Admin, Super Mod) then that members shall automatically be elevated to "Super n00b" status and all members of the forums may call him/her a "n00b" (or any variant of) at any time, and as they see fit.
