I say we lurk around in the contact an admin forum for 3 days, and 3 nights.... until all kinds of admin-type creatures become, acclimatised to our presence. Then, on the third day, we rope ourselves a couple of admins, lash 'em together and make a raft! I mean.... we could ask/force them to upgrade to the latest version of vb.

I'd say MesDiscussions.net . Uses much less resources to handle the same number of visitors.

By far, vB is the most comprehensive, most reliable forum software out there. The modding community for it is next to none- in a class by itself. Pound for pound, there really is no comparison to vB.
