Sounds like he'd do just fine in the Air Force.

There is just one problem with your motovational speach there. Marines don't understand big words like perpendicular and bottom. Marine recruits score the lowest on the ASVAB for a reason!

I have an opportunity to take the ASVAB soon. Do the academies care about ASVAB, or is that only for the enlisted?

probably only for enlisted.
