The Spam Forum Posting Guidelines

I'm somewhat concerned by the fact that some members just see the spam forum as a place in wich they can do as they please. nothing is further from the truth. there are rules for this forum, and you will obey them or face the consequences.

General Behaviour
Treat other members with the respect they deserve. This means do not flame, slander or demean another user. Members reported for abusing another will be warned for their behaviour and banned if they persist. This applies to the main forums, the Private Messaging and Email to a Friend facility.

Posting Behaviour:
Do not overuse profanity in your posts and do not provoke others or use racist remarks. Members who persist in a stream of foul or abusive language risk having their posts edited by a Moderator or deleted entirely. Repeat offenders will be banned.

Also please do not create lots of new threads in a short amount of time, it is truly annoying for both other users and especially the staff trying to moderate posts.

Advertising and Pornography:
Advertising of other sites/services or posting links to Pornography is strictly forbidden. GamingForums staff are instructed to remove any breaches they come across and to report them to their seniors. Members who advertise or post porn links will be banned from the forums.

Warez & Piracy:
Requests for warez and warez links will be treated as piracy. This includes requests or provision of CD keys, cracks, serials, and pirated software or movies of any kind. The promotion of peer-to-peer client software is also forbidden. Any member found to be breaching this guideline will be banned from GamingForums permanently.

Signatures
The staff ave so many better things to be doing than editing signatures which are over the allowed limit. So many better things to do. ALso, the rest of the staff do too. So, this is how it's gonna work:
Please read This Sticky which outlines the guidelines for signitures and avaters at these forums, It is so very simple that even an idiot can understand it.

If a staff member has to edit your signature because it does not conform to the guidelines, it will be logged against your account. A second time and it will be logged again. A third time, I will personally remove your ability to have a signature.
