Buying Cement at Lowes/Home Depot

Can I get a bag that doesn't have a rip in it and is leaking all over the place?
Why, why can't they be more carefull when stocking/delivering this stuff?
I would pay extra to not get concrete powder all over my hands and clothes when buying it.
Do beer and Mortor mix?
Does that thing have a Hemi?

Home Depot and Lowes are basically warehouses that sell stuff, so I'm not suprised that stuff is dinged up. Besides, you've got all those "Do it Yourself" guys in there who don't know anything.

True, it is a warehouse sort of operation. But both are aiming more towards the common houseowner for business.
I have to admit, they have both come along way in terms of neatness and order, but the concrete bags has always pissed me off :)
I don't mind getting messy, when I am dressed and prepared for it ;)

Anyway, it has a Hemi.
