I wouldn't be working for Microsoft directly. It would be through a company that handle's contract's for MS, to handle tech support and thing's related to that. Sale's and service.

That's the company.
The test's were long and the result's get sent back to the main HQ. So now I have to wait and see if I get a good phone or a bad one. One advantage though, I know a lot about XP and the question's were pretty simple. The rest, related to the type of work was easy too, seeing I worked for a similar company in a similar environment. So all and all I think it went pretty good.
The other company I worked for before;
http://suth.com/ They're testing process was far more simple and I knew within an hour if I had a job or not. I was expecting the same thing today, so I was shocked at the different process. That was the place that had the Gateway contract to do Gateway tech support...(suth)
While I was in this place today, I also noticed they do Comcast tech support, sales and service!!! (ahhhhhhhh). I might get stuck on that...
Who know's, guess I'll let you all know whenever it happens. I am applying for more work in between now and that time tough.
