shop2 is too confusing! i wandered around 4 hours, then killed a bunch of ppl then blew up!
anyway here is the ?:
how do u set it so u can download maps from servers??

ok: i made a server in goldrush, and low and behold, it repativaly says: warning PB not updated go to evenbalance.com blahblahblah!
i went to that site and... then i downloaded the windows file autoupdate thing.. then i opened it and.. nothing hppened. said to locate th PB file.. wheere is this file>>?? and what do i do with it?

?#3:) not a question, a compliant! there r hundreds of empty servers all over! too many servers, and no ppl come to mine! not enough servers on shop1 or with sv_allowdownload on! I WANT tO PLAY DUST

i dont think i ever downloaded anything for punk buster :confused: cant remember :smokin:
you just bring down the console in game, and type pb_sv_update i think or pb_update.
keep typing that a few times, then you'll see it says its downloading, or connecting to or something.

Pb updates are also available at the evenbalance website:

Sometimes my SOF2/GR updates automatically, but sometimes it doesn't (just crashes)...

You can use pb_sv_update (a few times to make sure), but personally i prefer that applet pbweb.exe. Download it and put it in your SOF2/PB directory, then run it... works best for me :)
