Another POS Patch thread...
 

Ok, so I installed the patch and joined a MP game, everything is working great!

I try to load a SP game up and get AGP Memory error. The read me file says to go in BIOS abnd change AGP something higher, which I did and still crashes in SP, but works great in MP.

I do have a old system, but it worked FINE beforew the patch.
Athlon 750, Gefoce 2, 64 meg, 512 RAM

Do I have a corrupt patch? or is it time to upgrade?

Your computer may not be the best but it isnt the worst. There are loads of people out there with lower spec computers. There is a problem with athlon processors, AGP cards and win 2k or xp. there are patches for this, try the AMD website or use the xp auto update thing.

Also try to unistall the game, reinstall it and then apply the patch. Hope something here helps. :)

forgot to add, I am running good ole WIN 98 se
I am gonna uninstall the game and get the patch from somewher else, see if that works.
Like I said before, the SP game worked just fine before the patch.
Multiplayer plays like a dream, however.

If that dont work, its new rig time :)
