help with rocmod sounds

hi for some reason i cant here no footseps or other mod sounds,i do here the gunshots and the sound pacs sounds i D/L, i get a default warning about the sounds then i get kick from pb,,,any help would be great,
p.s. I have this problem on all servers by the way and i didnt touch nothin on the cfg if you where wondering
