Extra Voices

Could someone please tell me how to get the extra voices on the multiplayer?

there are some programs there to get new voices, but the server and other players must habve them in order for all to hear them.

but if they cant hear them can they atleast read the typing?

No they cant read what ur typing either they have to have the programm.

you can do binds for wording e.g. you can say: I need backup now!!!
and bind it to team only so then it will say

<name><location><message>
Black_ICE(park)I need backup now

look at my tag and go to search for sof2 and type Bind that will tell you how to do it

well how do i bind text so everyone can read it... for example if i wonna say... "take that" and i want everyone to read it... how do i do that? i dont wonna do it in console... but in the cfg file so whats the bind command to do that?

just type
bind X say take that

change X to what ever key you want and you can also add colour to it aswell
