how do i raise my arms?
 

I have seen players in game run around with their arms raised over their heads...can someone tell me how to do this???? PLEASE?

I believe there is a taunt button you can bind a key to in the controls panel. If not, beats me.

Thats not correct. You need a mod such as rocmod or admin mod. They have a function for the admins that will strip all weapons from the player ;)

RoCmod has 4 methods of stripping weapons from a player. All are meant to :smack: you when you misbehave.

First is "strip weapons." It does what it says. Second is "plant." Strips you of weapons then freezes you in place. Third is "bait." Strips you of weapons then plants you in your enemy's spawn point. Fourth is "surrender." This is the one that strips you of your weapons and makes you run around with your hands in the air.

If you really want to experience it though, just drop by my server anytime. I'll let you experience running around with your hands up to your heart's content.:rofl:

All u have to do is find or edit a...lets say RealDamage Mod and remove all the bulletts for the Talon for example. Now u jump into the game a select the talon u will notice the gun will look like its in the reload frame when u select it, but to other people it will look like u are holding up your hands.

Ah yes. The Italian mod. I stumbled upon this strange effect after messing around with the WPN. file.
It happened quite unexpectedly and didn't do anything to improve player/admin relations.

Frankly, I don't understand why anyone would want this "effect" on their server. I would suggest that if you don't want players to use certain weapons then the best bet is to not have them enabled. In my experience players don't like these types of surprises/jokes.
