Seriously though, it really is one of the best sites I have found (next to sof2files of course, creep creep,) and gave me a good deal of insight into the real behaviour of these 'nades. They even show the m203 working in an animation....fascinatiing. You can also look at how machine gun mechanisms work and Gattling guns etc.

Yeah I don't like that idea of the "noob weapon" when someone uses it skillfully and yet people tell them it's a noob weapon

I like all the weapons except the m1a11 (I think thats it, the auto 45), they all have their place and balance - I think alot of those realdamage servers are way off.

I dont think there are any "noob" weapons, thought there may be "nppb" ways to use them.

I run a server thats all about explosions and gore - I have all the weapons on - and we have alot of fun - I just ask ppl not to spam. When you keep the trigger pressed on the mm1 so you see nothing but smoke, and cant even see the guy you were shooting at - thats spam. Same with the incendiary nades.

Point about the MM1 also though - I dont think its overpowered cause it is less powerfull as the RPG - as it should be itys about 2/3 the power as the rpg.

1 reason I think ppl dont like theze wpns is that they dont know how to defend against them. Many times I'll use explosives - but many times I wont - I'll let others use then and I'll just practice defending - there are many drawbacks to using explosives, and they arent that hard to exploit - 1 reason my server message is "Explosives training for the masses"

Either way - just have fun - if you dont like the wpns on a server - just go to another 1 - or make your own - dont bitch.

mm1, m203 and usas are definitely not noobish, and i dont get killed very much by em (cos even if it aint noob guns, the users are usually noobs lol and end up missing or blowing themselves up)
