Sof2 Demo's ->AVI/MPG ?

How can I do this :( Im really interested in making an SOF2 Skill video, I saw some Counter-Strike Videos and Im sold on the concept!

If anyone can help me out please reply!

ACtually, I have tested this method and it doesnt work for me :( all i get is blank output
