in windows, do start, run, : type in dxdiag and then hit enter. All your system info will be displayed. For an worthwhile update you should have the following: DirectX 9, A directx 8 compatible vid card (ie: a redeon 8500 or better or an nvidia geforce 3 ti or better)
I think it has 4MB of memory ! For the more graphic intense games this is not enough. I think You should try to find out if your M.B. has a AGP slot to add a graphics card , if not you may have to use a PCI card. AGP is faster and better the PCI , however the PCI card would still be a improvement over the intergrated type. Usally you have to disable the onboard graphics in the BIOS , or with a jumper on the M.B. When installing a video card that is not onboard.
Tech, you may want to get rid of that Celeron, and maybe get an AMD that is much faster. The graphics card i recommend is either the latest of the Geforce line, or the Radeon 7200-Radeon 9800Pro
