MAX rate?

I was wondering what my max rate should be and i how can i change it? I am getting real bad lag and i never had it before, by the way my bing is usualy under a 100 for the ppast year. I dont know if this would help but some 1 online suggested i change it

the past year this game hasnt been out for a year! and i get the same problem some times i lag for no reason with alow ping

for cable set the rate to 11000

okay i will set it at that number but how do u change it? what do u have to put in console to change this?

Look in your base/mp folder, find the sof2mp.cfg file
find the line like this :seta rate "11000"

change the line to read like above...job done
