Help!

I cant go into detail about this because i dont know much about the problem
Sometimes Sof2 crashes when i go into a server. It loads and then my pc freezes for about 5 secs, then my pc restarts.

Anyone know how to fix this? ------Jim

Umm perhaps some PC information would help ...it could be a hardware issue.
Cpu, vid card, mobo, Os, ram,
so on so forth.
