Problems with consol

I have recently purchased SoF II gold edition, and being the git that i am intend to cheat quite excessively, although there is a problem here, firstly, i have no bloody idea how to get the consol screen up to enter the cheats, i have seen something about altering a "myconfig.cfg" file although all through the game data files this file does not seem to exist. When i tried altering the initial command name it all buggered up. I as lost as anything. pls help.

I think in single player its ALT+` - Button left of 1
And MP its just ` - Button left of 1

i think when they mention the "myconfig.cfg" they are reffering to the "sofsp.cfg" that is "your config".

Yeah and thats forund in your sof2\base folder.... And it's shift + button left of 1 to get the console down in SP.
