How to set startup weapon to AK74?

I can't figure this out for the life of me.

I'm running a small rocmod server, and I want our games to start out with the AK74 instead of just knives and pistols.

I know this can be done... but how?

sounds like you are using pickups instead of outfitting.
if you changed it to a outfitting server (pickups disabled) you can start with what ever weapon you like. and disable all the weapons you dont want to use. you can even set ammo amounts and so on.
