skinning

for skinning a new character how
ive already created textures for the skin but how would i go about applying them do i need to create a .glm file cuz im not sure how to create one

is there a way to add sounds to models reason i ask is because in quake3 ppl had custom sounds on their skins and since sof2 uses an enhanced Q3 engine ... am i able to create, and add my own sounds
