model error, junk file i have made all at the inside of the skybox turn into detail brush, after compiling i try to play the map, but before the map loaded i did get the following error message; SV_SetBrushMode:NULL i did have models in the map, i deleated those models and saved the map under a different name and compiled again. but i did get the same error message. and now there for as far as i know no models enymore in the map. here is the junk file, pleae help leon |
i don't know what the problem was, but i have deleated all the doors, ce's and playerstart, and now it works!! thanks god!! leon. |
Re: model error, junk file Hey Leon Last week I fix the same problem following the instructions I found in this page: http://www.as-w.de/html/body_fehler2.html#sv1 I was incidentally put a texture over the 'origin tool' of a ceiling fan. I think u was placed a texture on a door entity. Deleting all doors u have get a massive fix of the problem :nodding: CYA CARNUFEX |
in some cases that good be indead the sorce of that problem with also, manny times i want to make a little house in one time deatil brush. and because there are all kind of things in it, doors, ce's, etx, isn't it possible to select a box around it and detail all inside. so i selected in 1 time a lot of brushes by going over them and cliking on ctrl and shift. it could happen, even when i did look carefully, that i textured a origin tool or something. maybe an idear for gtk developers, to make it impossible to texture things like that. leon |
