MAX_MAP_VISIBILITY exceeded?
 
On what this error depends?

Its a visibility limit set by the Q3 engine when it compiles - Too much info for the BSP from what I have read. Do a search for "Max_Map_Visibility" for more info.

Saw this as a guess for what is happening:
