there are things u can download that help u make gun skins i dont think ne1 is going to tell u how to make a gun skin.. search the forums for stuff about gun skins

u will need a paint program like paint shop pro or somthin and learn how to paint and in the other forum how u said i think it was u, askin for a program for mapping? u can download the sof2 sdk or the gtk radient

If u want to make weaponskins all u need is pakscape and a good picture editing program, trust me u don't need more then that, pakscape is somewere on this site..
