Never dabbled with custom models but for a stab in the dark did you include the custom model with the correct paths to your pk3 ?.

Models > objects > columbia > jungle.

Custom textures will be solid by default unless you add a shader to it that makes them non-solid. custom textures explained

Make sure you have textured your models correctly, if they show up in Radiant with the textures, do what ace said and make sure u have them in the right directory.

i.e.

models/mapname/modelnames.md3

make sure the texture path you chose when u made the model is exactly the same as the one in the pk3.

eg. textures/mapname/modelnames.jpg
