What kind of error? Why dont use GTK instead SDK? It is better compiler and a bit more easy.

Ive been having problems with Gtk Radiant therefore i asked a friend and he said use Sdk. It says "An error has accored, we must close the program immediately." and then i have to press ok and then it exits out. I think its because i put the Textures folder in the base folder or something im not sure.

Everyone has problems at the beginings, but this is not a good reason to chose a worst editor: GTK is better than SDK and this is a fact. Anyway, if u set correctly the editor (SDK or GTK) the error u r talking about 'll be fixed.
The texture folder MUST be in base: that's rigth.
Take a look of Modsonline tutorials 4 a correct SDK settings http://www.gdconnect.com/Tutorials-list-2.html
Hope this help
