How do i buy cars and a garage?

There are 5 cars that are range in prices from 950 to 11950. They are affordable for every family, and a must have once you get use to having one. Cars are assigned ownership by clicking on them, and choosing who the owner is. From then on, the bus or carpool will not show up for that Sim. Sims also get an extra hour to get to work when they take their own car. If a Sim is suppose to be there at 11, they have until 12 to show up.

You buy cars in Miscellanious, Cars, and you buy driveways and garage doors in Build Mode, Garages. Once you place a driveway piece, you put a driveway extension, build a room around it, and put a garage door between the two pieces. Or you can just have a driveway. That's all a car needs. But you have to put a car on a driveway or extension piece. Hope I helped.

And there should be something about it in the booklet, shouldn't there?
