My Sims game keeps going off when i Phone someone in the game
 

Hi
i have got the sims deluxe edition and the sims superstar and ive downloaded millions of objects of ***** and they worked i dont know if this has got tnothing to do with the objects.
everything works perfect.
but
i have a women sim called kelly parker and my brother has a sim called allen parker and they both live in a diffrent house when i try to call allen parker on the phone the game just goes off and itsthe same to my brother this only happens when we call each sim but does not happen on the services e.g. pizza or call a cab
please could you help
