Error when starting "The sims" (original)

Hello everybody.
I am the sims fan from years, but now, when I have a computer that I can play it on, the game can not start

I downloaded the first (original version) from 3 different places, but there is some error in the machine maybe..

When I install it, and try to start it that message displays:

I can't read it and I don't know what it means. If anyone had the same problem but fixed it - please help me to do it too! I want to play that game
