File Help...

I used to (on my old computer) have a Sim File Maid that would unzip sim downloads and put them in my game for me. If your familiar with this program, can some one please tell me where to find it again? And also, how to use it? I forgot, it was a long time ago! Thanks for your time...I would really apreciat it if someone could walk me through it!
