Ctrl+shift+c and type rosebud;!;!;! the more ;! things you have the more money you get and it has to end with a !

the only cheat i ever really use:

boolprop testingcheatsenabled true

hold shift and click on your Sim to have all kinds of options. you can also experiment by holding shift and clicking on objects to see more options. the mailbox and newspaper have some really good effects that i use a lot. when you have the cheat enabled, press Shift+N in the create-a-sim area and a message will come up in the corner. you now have access to even more options for creating your sims (all career outfits and so on). this is one of my most favorite cheats of any game
