Oblivion Mod v2.2 Crashes to desktop.

Hello all. So I beat Clear Sky (Terrible ending...) and would like to play SOC again, but with mods, make it more interesting. Anyways, so I have it running and it works, until I start a new game. It is in "Synchronizing" step when I crash to the desktop, here is my error log:

So it has to do something with the weather. Of course I have no modding experience. Anyone want to help out

OL2.2 for ver SOC patch 1.5? cause SOC patch 1.5 is the best, I am on the faction war part of SOC now, I finished it the main mission.

And for the SOC patch 1.5 It will be the OL2.2 for the 1.5 patch...
Any other version is junk....
