[Help] Making all the factions friendly?

I've made a mod (Thanks to jamie and many others) and i would like to finish it off by creating a new faction in the game which is friendly to all the other factions (bandits, duty, freedom, loners, merc and military) i would like to know if this is possible and if so could anyone post a tut?

I might be able to help if you could tell me if there's a script or something that controls the factions hate and like towards each other. I've had Stalker for about a month, and so far, I've learned to add new weapons, change starting loadout, carrying weight, animations, etc.
