Inventory Bug

This as far as I know (and I did search) has been pointed out only once but it's rather annoying, I figured it would get fixed and have been patient but it's really annoying later in the game.

I have the same problem, maybe it's a wide screen issue? I play on 1680 by 1050 Resolution on a 22inch.

Having to drop items in the midst of battle to get an antirad is quite hard, sadly I think i'm getting good at it :P

I don't have wide screen and I don't know about the problem, but you could use my Antirad injection mod to get rid of the Antirad-during-fight-challenge:
Anti-Rad Auto Injections, Stalker Downloads, Stalker Singleplayer

You would have to merge some files tho.

i had a similar inventory problem,wjhen i installed gosukes p90 mod the icons of every item disappeared

I use a 19" widescreen 1440x900 and I've had this "Bug" for a long time - I even think I may have had it in the vanilla version... and its such a b****!

Its extremely annoying when your food/scopes/silencers/medical is at the bottom of the inventory, and then you can't click the last 2 bottom rows!!!!

I'm glad someone else understands, and yes it was in vanilla too.

I think it's just the lack of support and player base for the game, I imagine most of the players use regular screen resolutions.

I hope clear sky addresses this at least.

Ceano has posted a fix for the vanilla widescreen can't-select-from-bottom-row bug. It is in the ZRP (1.05 test) already, and is a simple modification from Raw's Widescreen Larger Inventory Grid v1 which improves the inventory for widescreen.

Inventory fix for wide screen.

This is what you shall change to in inventory_new_16.xml...

<dragdrop_bag x="19" y="40" width="339" height="434"
cell_width = "26" cell_height="31" rows_num="14" cols_num="12"

and this

<bag_static x="11" y="240" width="400" height="500" stretch="1" complex_mode="1">

The file is located in gamedata\config\ui.

Thanks a lot for the info i had this problem since the vanilla times and it sucks, i play on 1440x960? i think lolz. Im gonna go try it right now.

Um okay.. well I installed the patch and now I cannot load my saved game, didn't try loading a new game.. I knew I should have backed up the files first, ugh!! Someone have the original files or am I gonna have to reinstall?

I've always had this problem, widescreen or not. I think the inventory just doesn't let you scroll down enough. Sometimes if you double click the very top of the image, you can use them.
